Remote interview with a recruiter
Apply! If we find your CV interesting, we will contact you to arrange a remote interview with a recruiter, during which we will present you the position, tell you about the company, and learn more about you. You will also have the opportunity to ask us your questions.
Remote conversation with the manager
If, after the conversation with the recruiter, you are satisfied and so are we - that is, there is a mutual desire to continue recruiting - the recruiter will discuss your experience and motivation with the manager, who will meet with you during a (usually remote) interview, where you will learn details about the job opportunity, the team, the project, and career development.
Recruitment meeting at the company
If the remote stage with the manager turns out to be a success for both parties, we will invite you to our headquarters in Warsaw! You will have the chance to see our office, feel the atmosphere, meet your colleagues, and talk face-to-face with your future supervisor and our HR Manager. There will also be a chance to ask formal questions about the job opportunity.
Submitting a job offer
If the meeting at our company goes well, we will extend a job offer to you! You will receive a letter of intent from us, which includes a declaration of employment, proposed start date, salary, and additional benefits. We will eagerly await your response and hope you will join us soon!
