This Notice supplements other privacy notices you may receive in connection with your relationship with us, including, for example, the privacy notice you will receive if you accept a position with the Company regarding the use of your personal data within the HR Central system (our HR information system).

The Company may transfer personal data to a third party in the event of any actual or potential reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets, or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings).

No Sale of Personal Data: We do not sell the personal data of our applicants.
We will not use your personal data for decisions based solely on automated processing if the decision produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you unless you have given your explicit consent to this processing.
For requests for access or deletion, we will first acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days of receipt of your request. We will then provide a substantive response to your request as soon as we can, generally within 30 days from when we receive your request, although we may be allowed to take longer to process your request under certain circumstances.
We usually act on requests and provide information free of charge, but we may charge a reasonable fee to cover our administrative costs of providing the information in certain situations.
In some cases, the law may allow us to refuse to act on certain requests. When this is the case, we will endeavour to provide you with an explanation as to why.
If you are not satisfied with our responses, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
