Solaris Laser shareholders have decided to sell Solaris to Dover Corporation, the owner of Markem-Imaje. We are excited about this opportunity with Dover and Markem-Imaje as it will enable Solaris to develop and sell more of our laser technology worldwide, while also preserving the agile, innovative spirit of Solaris.

The Solaris operations and services will remain in place to deal with your requests, and Solaris will continue to manufacture, sell, service and support the Solaris products under the Solaris brand to ensure your business continuity.

Solaris will also remain focused on continuous innovation of the Solaris branded product range to continue providing reliable, state-of-the-art laser solutions.
